Water, the life line of the fish we rear, is pumped around in a RAS from treatment section to the fish tanks. At IAA, we never compromise on quality of the components we use in a RAS. This does not least apply to the pumps we select.
At IAA, we are very focused on designing RAS with as low pumping heads as possible. With that in mind, we are very privileged with the low head loss associated with MBBR technology. For this reason we can use low head propeller pumps, that not just are the most economic pump types energy wise, but also operational the longest lasting.
